The Customer Advisory Council brings together individuals with lived experience of food insecurity to share insights, ideas, and feedback. Members work directly with MOFC, sharing their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions to help us design programs and services that truly meet the needs of our neighbors.

What is the Customer Advisory Council?
It’s a group of customers who share feedback and ideas to help MOFC improve services and programs.
Do I need special skills to join?
No, we value your lived experience and your willingness to share your perspective.
Is there a time commitment?
Yes, the council is an 11-month commitment, dedicating up to 4 hours per month to council work.
Will I be compensated?
This decision is up to the individual council member. Council members who agree to complete a W-9 form with valid details can opt into receiving monetary compensation for their time and contributions up to $2,200 within a calendar year.
